198。這個看上去毫不特殊的數字對于俊伍（李東旭 飾）而言，卻是解密前女友離去的密碼。曾經相愛的戀人突然離自己而去，只留下了“198頁”這唯一的線索。想要破解其中奧秘的俊伍只得每天去圖書館翻找各類書籍，尋找第198頁的秘密。而這怪異的行為引來了剛失戀的圖書管理員恩秀（柳真 飾）的注意。起初，她只覺得俊伍是個怪人，但當她知道事情的緣由后，她開始自告奮勇的幫起俊伍一起尋找198頁。在尋找的過程中，二人又回到了各自甜蜜的往昔，可越是甜蜜的回憶，越是蕭瑟的當下。
隨著俊伍和恩秀接觸的深入，二人開始被對方所吸引，那份失去愛人的心似乎又開始激烈跳動起來，再次為一個人所心動……
