簡介：財(cái)大氣粗的Altracorp公司在英屬哥倫比亞省靜河附近的一個(gè)無人小島秘密進(jìn)行一項(xiàng)生化實(shí)驗(yàn)，雖然遭到美國民眾的一致反對，但是憑借其高超的公關(guān)手段以及政府的暗中支持，該實(shí)驗(yàn)仍在繼續(xù)。然而一則令A(yù)ltracorp頭疼的消息傳來，該小島上的實(shí)驗(yàn)似乎發(fā)生差錯，所有研究人員全部下落不明。為了找到生還者，查明失蹤原因，公司派出由雷蒙德·華（Zero Kazama 飾）、瑞雪·甘特（Mary Christina Brown 飾）、蘇菲·米勒（Victoria Floro 飾）、艾倫·崔斯坦（Rob O'Brien 飾）以及維爾·凱恩（Jai Koutrae 飾）5人組成的救援小組，開赴那個(gè)與世隔絕的神秘小島。
登陸不久，隊(duì)員們便找到一名失蹤的研究人員，但是本已中彈倒地的生還者竟化作一團(tuán)充滿不祥氣息的黑霧撲向了救援小隊(duì)……
